Capitus Regeneration & Sustainability is a subsidiary of Capitus Limited, an investment incentives consultancy set up in 1997 to maximise capital allowances and tax depreciation on real estate assets.

The work of Capitus Limited involves carrying out surveys of properties to identify those items that qualify for tax relief. In this capacity, we have built up an unrivalled knowledge of mechanical and electrical installations in a wide range of buildings, from shopping centres to power stations, their energy efficiency and subsequent impact on the environment.

Capitus Regeneration & Sustainability builds and expands on this knowledge and offers specialist advice on:
